We at OmniCare Home Health, Inc. (OHHI) are dedicated to providing you with high quality & compassionate care. Our company started in the year 2005, owned by a family of nurses. It then became Medicare/Medicaid certified in February of 2007.
As we know, competition is heavy among home health agencies.
What sets us apart from the others?
At least a quarter of our clients are wound patients. We have a WOCN (wound, ostomy and continence nurse) on staff that oversees all wound-related cases.
OHHI's nursing administration is the best in providing guidance and continuous education to staff members.

Each employee has been carefully screened, with his/her references checked, and licenses and certificates verified. Most importantly, ongoing educational training is provided and is mandated to ensure compliance with federal and state laws.
We assist in developing home care treatment plans to fit our clients' needs, monitoring their progress, and identifying and reporting any changes in their condition to their physician.
Omnicare Home Health, Inc. staff can speak with insurance providers to determine plans for home care coverage. We will discuss with the client and his/her family whether he/she will have any financial responsibilities upon admission.
